Nope. Not enough paddlers for the mens crew for that weekend. We only had 16 for the heats and we managed to scrape some old sea dogs out of retirement for the semis and finals. We dedicated our mens boat to the Paddlers In Pink and dressed up our drummer in some rather fetching pink speedos and wig.

so the Men Final is less important.  ;D ;D

pardon me machine:)
if i am not wrong, where's the thing about SPC giving SAFSA and moutbatten a run for their money?
there was some comments back then right?

so...SPC gave up their chance to whoop the champions ass so that they can help paddlers in pink?

is this some kind of joke?

LOL!

2) We spent too much time gossiping and second-guessing our competitor's trainings, we would have won.

reading this thread and realize the darkest horse that won was SIM.
no one expected them to do well.

Congrate, SIM.

my bet is on a SIM-NTU show down again. but NUS certainly has made some MINOR changes to make a HUGE surprise comeback. :)

Judging from MR500, NTU seems to be going down, the team is not as strong as before.

Now is the time for SIM.
SIM FTW!

What about NUS? Heard they chu stunt. Not pai seh meh?
