Just for fun...

Shaft was wrapped with Babolat Stripy Grip (http://www.babolat.com). Sides of the shaft were taped with Leukoplast, primarily just to prevent scratches.

Any suggestions on how to personalize the paddles?

Better yet, show me how YOU do it!

The paddles are lacquered so they tend to rather smooth. While I don't recommend gripping the shaft extremely tightly, a racket grip does help to prevent slippage.

I change my racket grip after each season or when it looks disgusting...

Racquet grip increases your paddle weight substantially. Not very advisable. 50g difference matters. hah

haha. Ya at least for the few on this forum. But i do see lots of 'zng-ed' paddles around.  He He. But i see all kinds of transformer logos on some paddles. I couldn't be bothered to 'zng' my grey owl paddle, but i sure do wash it with mild soap after use. Kallang water is toxic man!

Maybe not enough people find out about this forum yet ... I guess we just need to start telling our friends about this place.

I think a solution to that slippery paddle due to the laquer would be to sand away the lacquer using sand paper? I do that and guess wad i hold  the paddle with my fingers! =D
