Hi guy, anyone who can introduce any diet plan for fat burning? Like how many grams of chicken beast for dinner and stuff.  :P

you are asking a generic question which will probably drop into the bottomless pit without being answered. But I am going to do you a favour.  ;)

Anyway what has chicken breast has to do with fat burning?

Diet plan depends on your current weight, metabolism rate, current diet, present masculature, diet objective, any sports performance objective.

With that kind of question i am just going to answer that you eat chicken breast till you cannot eat anymore and the smell alone is enough to make you regurgitate.
It is all just in the mind.

haha forgive him, he just likes to pretend this forum is ironmag forum or something where newbie bodybuilding wannabes get blasted for silly questions.  ;D

But like the man said, you need to give information before anyone can help you with that question about diet plan.

Chicken beast sounds like some mutant animal. Don't eat that!  :P :P :P

You want to burn fat? Start running, cut eating carbs and fats together at the same time. East regular and eat more meals in smaller portion. That will boost metabolic rate. Cut out simple carbs altogether from your diet.

You have to know that cutting is the hardest part of any diet plan.
