i personally take muscle milk. not bad.
the thing about muscle milk is that it supposedly contains some fat in the form of MCTs, that is supposed to help you stay lean and promote anabolism. Well, i dunno sometimes there is too much marketing bullcrap in the supplement market. I say stay with the basic. Whey is good enough, any additions are, well, better for bodybuilders, because, really, what you put into your mouth is only 40% of the equation, training hard still counts alot more, considering our asian genes.
