sometimes, weak endurance can mean either weak physical endurance, meaning low muscular and cardiovascular stamina, or weak mental endurance, meaning a low tolerance threshold for pain and discomfort.
Of course both come hand in hand. But one with weak stamina but high tolerance for suffering will see quick improvements. As I always say, it is always in the mind. If you are new to kayaking, it simply means that you have to put in more mileage and water time, going through every stroke.
