What kind of endurance are you looking at? General? or sports specific?

Kayaking stamina comes from following your coach's programme. The progressively longer distances for training will increase your stamina.

On your own you can always go for runs. Do longer distance runs over 5km or even do interval training on the track. You can try to use the rowing machine in the gym. Just keep at it and don't give up and stop. Keep going at it no matter how shitty you may feel.

Good Luck! ;)
Where can I paddle? I just got out of Vault 13!

sometimes, weak endurance can mean either weak physical endurance, meaning low muscular and cardiovascular stamina, or weak mental endurance, meaning a low tolerance threshold for pain and discomfort.

Of course both come hand in hand. But one with weak stamina but high tolerance for suffering will see quick improvements. As I always say, it is always in the mind. If you are new to kayaking, it simply means that you have to put in more mileage and water time, going through every stroke. If you have been paddling for awhile and assuming you are properly taking care of your lifestyle and following your coach's programmes, and still have weak stamina and endurance, its time to reflect on your state of mind...
It is all just in the mind.
