hi yongleng, welcome to HYDROtribe.

To gain weight, I will presume you are talking about functional mass, ie muscle mass, instead of fats?

You are the typical ectomorph genetically, or what we normally call, hard-gainer. Can I know your age and height?

Sleeping and eating alot are only part of the equation. Physical training is the other. Are you a paddler? It could be your eating pattern as well, ie. what you eat instead of just eating alot of anything that comes your way.
It is all just in the mind.

how i wish i can be like you, yongleng.... having a high metabolism is good.

1 way to increase weight is to do gym i guess. build up those muscles of yours as muscles > fats in terms of weight. then you will that kind of lean physique that girls will die for....

you can gain weigh by increasing your calories intake to 3000-3500cal per day. eating 5-6meals a day. a high carbo and protein intake will be prefer here.

for training wise: life heavy....

remember this line: To be big: EAT BIG, LIFT BIG...

for example you are doing 3 sets of biceps bb curls... doing in a range of 8-12reps for each set... and at the last set it shld kill you at about 6th rep and u need someone to spot/support you for the last 2 reps.....

there alot of way to lift heavy... HIT, Heavy Duty, Max-OT.... maybe you can reading up this technique it will do alot of help for your training.... i myself is a lover of heavy duty...
